Delays in expected closing were not perpetrated by PennyMac or their affiliates they were entirely of my own doing, difficulties in locating a place to complete the signing during the pandemic. If I may suggest, I found a company "Regus" (https://www.regus.com/) which rents office space for a nominal fee per hour (my experience was less that $30.00), I mention this in case others run into situations where an appropriate space is needed for document signing, a good alternative to restaurants etc
Sarahi Guevara and her TEAM were AWESOME! EVERYTHING WAS DONE HAS PLAN. SARAHI RETURNED MY CALLS IN A TIMELY FASHION. AND SHE ANSWERED ALL OF QUESTIONS. MR. PENISON WAS GREAT AS WELL SARAHI GUEVARA, IS A PROFESSIONAL ASSET TO HIS COMPANY 👍😀
