Lack of communication amongst yourself. There were several times through out the process where I was asked the same thing by multiple people. Documents were submitted not once, not twice, but three times in a few cases. The right hand had no idea what the left hand was doing. It was a frustrating experience because of the lack of communication within your organization. Ill give you benefit of doubt due to COVID because my experience was bad. Yall gotta do better.
The process was lengthy. I had to provide documents more than once. It felt redundent.
I had to call and email a couple times to get questions answered, but it only took one call or one email to have my specific question about the process answered. Even if it's automated, it would be nice to have a call about what to expect for closing since Pennymac is an all online process. The title/notary didn't confirm that they were coming 24 hours prior which made me nervous. Also when you go to title office and if money is supposed to transfer they take your bank information.
The numbers given me were not what they were originally told to me. Could be the rates kept changing but that isn't Paulette's fault. She was a great help getting a charge taken off of notary signing. I was at first to get 158 dollars back, at the signing I was told I OWED 94 dollars that is a big difference! She had it taken care of before the notary left.
There was no communication what so ever with loan officer and myself. I had to call 5 times and speak with different loan agents and gave me wrong information and false hope of them calling me back. They were fixing my paperwork last minute the day of me signing escrow because lack of tentativeness to my paperwork for refinancing. Loan Officers game me wrong information every time i call. It was just a gaggle with the communications with the loan officers to their customers.
Anna was on top of everything. We were kept in the loop and helped every step of the way. Best customer service that I have ever had!
Everything was fine, except I had to reschedule the closing twice.
