Hermès was inaccessible almost every time I called. He requested documentation and signatures on two separate occasions that had already been submitted because he did not look over our account before emailing. He failed to return my call as he promised to provide an update. His emails contained multiple spelling, punctuation and grammatical errors. I had requested that our loan be transferred to a different officer as Hermès did not fulfill our expectations or provide good customer service.
