Terrible customer service from Brittany Claypool, Ronald O’Neal and Bryan Devore. I left voicemails and sent emails with no reply. I only got answers to my questions if I called customer service. After closing I learned my homeowners insurance had not been paid. I had to pay out of pocket to keep my policy from expiring. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever received. I totally felt like no one cared. Not a good feeling and I will never forget how I felt as a customer.

The whole process was clearly communicated. I also appreciated being able to sign at home with a mobile notary.
