This was the best experience that I have had with any loan. I love working with PennyMac and will continue to use them for my home buying needs.
Christopher Keppler and Joseph DiMassi did an excellent job and were extremely responsive and helpful. I cannot say the same for PennyMac's closing department who dropped the ball not once but twice with closing day arrangements, causing me nearly two lost days of productivity at my job.
Everyone I communicated with were very pleasant and willing to answer any questions I had. The estimation I received in the beginning was pretty close when it came time to pay cash to close. I would use them again in the future if I was to buy another house.
