I never spoke to Jennifer once. There is no direct number to your loan specialist. You call and she was never available so someone else helped me. No one ever communicated to me other than through email. I had to call to find out what was taking so long three different times. The closing documents at the final signing were different than what I had e-signed. But it was in my favor so I guess I really don't care. Customer service was obviously not a high priority.

Both of the individuals I worked with for my interest rate reduction refi (Kevin and Andrew) were professional, informative, and most importantly...they treated me like a valued client. The process took a little longer than I had anticipated, but overall, it was competitive, smooth and efficient. Great outcome; stress free experience...I'm very happy with the result.

Process took too long and the reumquest for document ts added to the co fusion. I would call Mortenson for clarification, but other agents always answered and none provided accurate info.
