The communication skills of Gwendolyn Wheaton were extremely poor. There were several times during the process I sent emails and they were never responeded to unless I called Jason. Thank goodness for Jason Stevens. He was the only one who responded to my emails in a very timely manner .The experience with Ms. Wheaton was frustrating, confusing and because of her and her team's lack of attention to detail my loan closing took longer than it should have and things are still not 100% complete.
It was simple, straight-forward and very fast.
The beginning of the process went smooth and my initial communication was top notch. As it came time for the closing to take place My husband took off multiple times from work early to only find out that the closing date had changed. The only way o found this out was calling in and speaking to someone and got basically oh my bad. Even after speaking with a supervisor this happened yet again with no notification from Rachel.

First time completing a transaction of this kind completely online. Thanks to Jacob, everything was simple and anytime I had a question there was no waiting or robots, just a real person who was eager to help. I have already recommended your service to others, but I'm sure with the type of service you provide you will enjoy continued success. Thanks again.
