I sent numerous emails asking questions but never got any replies. I was not notified when doc's needed to be reviewed or signed. I was told initially that no appraisal was necessary, but a week later I had an appraiser calling me without any advance notice that an appraisal was now required. When speaking to rep's on the phone, I was constantly having to answer the same questions, as if no one was recording my information in my file. I could continue but I'm out of space in this comment box.
Everyone I dealt with was extremely helpful and nice. I was very impressed with the time frame involved with our refinance as well as the rate. I shopped around and PennyMac offered us the best deal. The fact that PennyMac held our current mortgage made the refinance even easier.
things just kept coming out wrong,closing pay out was never accurate it took 5 times and 3 months to get things straight,could never get a title guaranty to sign ,it was very stressful,then finally i went straight to cheketa adams and she was on the ball ,1-2-3 she got it done asap, she was awesome
I would've appreciated better communication from my Penny Mac rep.

Had trouble getting the social security number correct on the final documents. Signing appts set up 4 times before we were able to sign but Jorge was in communication with me all the way thru to the actual signing. He was knowledgeable and professional
Everything was very simple while refinancing my mortgage through PennyMac. Expectations were met and the process was easy.
Ms. Christmas was very professional and answered all my questions and concerns in a timely matter. The loan even closed early.
It was easy and quick, no complaints and a much lower monthly payment on the other side
