Ron Oneal was the Best!! His team was great as well. There were some frustration at the beginning but, Mr Oneal and his team came through and it was done!! I appreciate all the effort and time trying to get this closed on time!! Thanks so much Ms Claypool you all did a great job.
Being more Organized with the team group some days every one was not on the same page
I had questions that were never answered. I was told she didn’t know and would get back with me. Still waiting! Was told this was a two week process it was more like 6 weeks or more!
Excellent, patient and professional despite how challenging it is to accommodate a refinance during a global pandemic. Also with the high volume of processing loans during a period of low interest rates, PennyMac quality of service has been outstanding.
My goals were kept in mind and the loan structured in a way that all of them were met. As issues arose in the process I was informed early and kept abreast such that it was never necessary for me to speculate about the status of my application.
Process of refinancing was smooth and timely. All questions were answered and I never felt uncomfortable or stressed in the process.
The process was professional, effortless and quick. I was very satisfied.

Pennymac is awesome!! This is actually my 3rd mortgage loan with Pennymac and I love them a lot. The process and customer service have always been superb. I purchased a new property last year and I went with the builders incentives which were great and so I followed through and used the builders mortgage company but I knew in advance a year later that I would refinance and go back to Pennymac and that's exactly what I did. So, " I'M GLAD TO BE BACK WITH THE M.A.C. ". Pennymac is the best!!
