Penny Mac was very good about keeping me informed along the process even when nothing was happening at the moment. I appreciated the weekly updates letting me know everything was moving along. The document uploading was easy although an ongoing list of documents I had previously uploaded would be nice. A very smooth experience.

I have four Pennymac loans all with the same loan officer I like working with, but this was my first time working with Beth. Beth was very personable and friendly. I appreciate all of her help and positive attitude. I would definitely work with Beth and the team again.

Everyone was very patient about trying to tell me the specific paperwork that was required and that I was not sure what you needed. I had to ask several times about some of the paperwork but everyone was very patient and helpful while I tried to locate it and submit it to the appropriate people. It was somewhat interesting doing everything on line. And especially with the virus situation
