A very quick and painless loan experience. Great communication during the entire process. Great job team.

Communication was horrible. I was told everything would be finished in a day or two multiple times and it took over a month. Also never received a call when things were delayed, I was always the one calling to get an update.
We had requests for the same random documents from multiple people. We wondered if multiple documents got lost ( uploaded, downloaded, not shared, trashed, whatever) or if the left hand knew what the right hand was doing. This was our only annoying experience. It would have been better if we only submitted the entire document package once.
All of the staff were clearly over worked. It was challenging to get someone that could answer my questions at the detail I was asking. But eventually my questions got directed to the right level and all my questions were answered. I think my experience would have been much different if they weren't all so overworked with refinances.
Very hard to communicate. Phone number provided always went to voicemail. Did not know the final funds to close until notary was here.
