During the process my property was inaccurately defined by your company as a mobile home; as a result I was provided a denial letter after previous approval. This resulted in a 4-6 week delay.
A nightmare. Same documents requested multiple time, feel back inconsistent.
Tameka Wyatt made it great. I was actually pretty pissed off at PennyMac for moving slowly and not communicating, but then Tameka got involved. She kept me updated on the approvals, helped me verify that I had submitted all of the required forms, and helped coordinate the signing despite some confusion on the signing location. PennyMac is better off because of having people like Tameka on the team.
