Better communication with what is happening during the loan process. We felt in the dark. We were scheduled to close 3 different times, each time the closing was cancelled at the last minute. We would have to call/email to try and get answers and would not hear back from anyone for a few days. We finally closed the 4th time but was never fully explained to us why the closing was cancelled so many times. It was a frustrating process and we are happy to have finally closed.
