Penny Mac was very good about keeping me informed along the process even when nothing was happening at the moment. I appreciated the weekly updates letting me know everything was moving along. The document uploading was easy although an ongoing list of documents I had previously uploaded would be nice. A very smooth experience.

still waiting for an updated closing disclosure for the credits promised. Had to call too many times with questions on discrepancies. Assurances from other loan reps about notary standards during COVID19 were not delivered as told upfront.
