We received no communication from you unless we attempted multiple times to get information. Things were put on hold due to lack of communication on YOUR end forgetting to send a request to documents YOU already had. Wish we would have gone with a different mortgage company because your service was unacceptable.
The process, from online application, through closing was quick and easy. Both the loan originator as well as Erica and the macTeam were quick, efficient, and easy to work with.

Just how quick the process was
Nicholas was great, start to finish. The title company in which you used for this closing should be fired and never used again. They were a disaster and the First closing attorney Was a disaster as well. Truly if is werent for Nicholas and the 2nd closing attorney, I would have cancelled the whole deal.
Very helpful and accommodating!
