My experience was a disaster. The first contact with the loan officer Tiffany Lewis was fast, efficient and flawless. It was on Monday March 30th. We had the loan app and documentation submitted in the first 36 hours. Then it fell apart. Two months later we finally closed. I'm more than willing to share the entire story but I'm limited to what I can write in this comment. I must get in a thank you for Nancy Milla saving the day and Also Hermes (did not get last name) for his kind act.

The whole experience was great until it came time to sign the closing documents. The 1st attempt the mobile notary never showed up to my house. The 2nd attempt the mobile notary was supposed to be at my house at 930 am, but did not show up until 11 am. She did not print any of the paperwork until 930 am when she was already supposed to be at my house. The mobile notary said it was not her fault because Pennymac did not send her the paperwork to be printed until 930 am.
