Everyone at PennyMac, Kristen, Letisia, Corey, and all the rest, made a complex, multi layered process understandable and attainable by working with me and each other to be able to close ahead of schedule even during an historically difficult time to do business. I asked questions that were never answered. They had the city wrong. I told them about it but was wrong on some documents. Had to draw a line thru and initial ever time. Can't wait until Penny Mac sells the loan. At closing same errors.
