Overall got a great rate and closing on time.
There was a several weeks delay in completing our loan and had to be resent through for sign off. This was very irritating. The interest rate was the only good deal through the process.
Loan failed to close on time. 2 attempts to close were canceled, one of which I never even got a call. Because the loan failed to close on time I have been receiving default notices from pennymac stating that my payment is late, even though pennymac was the one doing the refinance. I did an interest rate reduction loan, I was never told the only reason I was getting lower interest rate was because I was buying points, it added almost 11k to my loan and used up part of my equity.
It was the most pleasant and easy experience we could of ever had. Thanks for making it clear easy and quick. Great people to work with.
