We recently bought a new home in September 2019 and financed with PennyMac, when the pandemic hit and interest rates went low, we decided to refinance our mortgage with PennyMac. Super Easy!!!!! We phoned for information, all was totally and clearly explained. We started the process and within a month all the papers were signed and we were on to a new mortgage and $200.00 less a month mortgage payment!! The notary came to our home, we sat outside, and signed all the paperwork:) Thank you:):)

Respond to questions more promptly. Don’t switch the amount to closing 4 times. Don’t tell me I will only need to bring less than $100 to closing and then switch it to $2000 because you took to long to process the loan and it incurred another month’s worth of interest.
Quick, easy, and streamline process for an FHA loan. Saved a significant amount of money compared to what other lenders were offering. Would highly recommend PennyMac.
