i was impressed by how quickly the process of the closing took.
Quick and effective refinance.
Closing had to be done twice because paperwork was incorrect. Then the company for closing missed the appointed time, which I was only notified 30 before the closing time. The closing was not don’t till 6 hours later! Very frustrated!
Both Nathan and Elizabet were professional and took care of answering all of my questions. It was an exceptional experience. I am very satisfied with PennyMac.
