I received service and support far beyond what anyone else has provided me in all past experiences. What could have been a stressful process at any given time, didn't turn out that way for me. Daily Webb and Ammie Mack were outstanding. I would not even consider going another way other than through PennyMac. My loan processor, Nichole, was great, I am happy with her! I am severely disappointed in the service (lack there of!) I received from the loan officer, Stephen. He was very communicative with me in the beginning (though I felt pressured to lock), up until we locked in. He quit responding to me. He promised a lender credit to match an offer I had, however, he would not send me documentation to support this despite my several requests. I had to ask a manager to obtain. Not happy w/ Stephen!

More communication on timelines. More communication on the docs to be signed at closing. Other lenders have sent all docs in advanced and offered to walk through them. PennyMac did send the closing disclosure but we’re very hands off.
