Deion and his staff were fast and always a pleasure to talk to.
Closing had to be done twice because paperwork was incorrect. Then the company for closing missed the appointed time, which I was only notified 30 before the closing time. The closing was not don’t till 6 hours later! Very frustrated!

Myesha was great! My closing cost had changed by 2k and nobody reached out to tell me. I was only offered to change my low interest to a higher rate to cover it and I was not happy about that. My loan officer Reid Wright didn't want to help me. He said he was going to call me back in 24 hours and I never heard from him again. I didn't like the lack of communication or effort to try and help me fixed the situation that Pennymac dropped the ball on.
