My'esha Allen did NOT return many phone calls I left about questions I had, she even said that my Real Estate taxes were wrong when I questioned her on it. It was never corrected. She made it very unpleasant and she was unprofessional at her job.
Smooth process
Excellent service and answered all my questions promptly.
It was processed Closed on time and not at all stressful.
This experience was not as good as our original loan. I called with questions and they were going to have her call me back . She never did . I think communication could have better . I expected her to call and check to see if we had question , who have been nice for a call to remind us of the closing . She was very pleasant , just no communication ,after approval .
