Some things were not communicated as well as it should have. I had asked to close in 30 days but that did not take place. Emails were not answered in a timely manner

There were a couple of repeated questions, and under some circumstances, I'd prefer to have questions answered over the phone right away. But, overall, very good.

We needed a home loan during the COVID 19 pandemic and PennyMac was the right fit for us! They took all of our information as requested and we got the loan just in time to buy our "forever home." We have moved many times over the years and this was a very easy loan process for us even though we were required to give specific information as needed and as expected. Thank you PennyMac!

Loan disclosure form changed without our knowledge. The closing documents changed without our knowledge. The closing documents were wrong at our closing which was rescheduled twice. Bad experience with PennyMac.

There were a few bumps on the road but Brittany Claypool was very helpful. Her outstanding customer service make this stressful process very easy. I never had trouble getting hold of Brittany or someone by phone or email. Great job team Penny Mac.
