First of all your bank only came to lower interest rate after another lender started the process when this was done you then called me and asked what you could do then I told you what they were doing, I was instructed I had to supply there paperwork to you. So I did and then you beat their rate but they came back wanted to get load and waived the closing fees but your guy refused and told me take loan to them then and demand I show more paperwork which was instructed me to I could not supply
The entire refinancing process was super quick and easy. The entire process from start to finish was only a couple of weeks. The closing was smooth and quick. I never had to stress about anything.
This is the 2nd home we purchased. Our original loan on our first home was with Chase but then was sold to Pennymac so naturally we checked with Pennymac first when getting pre approval for our new home. We had kind of a nightmare process with the loan process for our first home loan and we couldnt believe how easy and seamless the process was this time. Hardly any documents were requested, all of our questions were answered promptly and everything was communicated. Jonathan and Jesse did great!
Communication needs work. Told different things on different occasions. When i get a response to a question it changes the next time we speek. Very frustrating.

Haroutun Arzrounian was very thorough and clear in his questions, explanations, and instructions. However, when the loan got moved over to Ronald Love, the customer service was fair if not poor. It was difficult to get a hold of him, and emails were not returned.
It was difficult to reach our closer because I had no direct number. Therefore changes took several attempts and phone calls to be corrected. The closing documents were different than those I received the day before. I had not been told about the change and could not reach our closing officer for an explanation. I finally figured it out and then received a call with the same explanation. But 30 or more minutes had been wasted at the closing. Overall, I was very satisfied.
