Too much back and forth between multiple members. Wish things would have been clearer
I felt the information regarding locking in a rate and time frame of closing was presented clearly. I was given every opportunity to answer questions. Overall this was a very easy process.
Closing took took long. The virus was not the reason. Poor communication. Don't care attitude. Was suppose to get 234.00 dollars back. Just very poor professional team. Never again.
Communication was the key, I was kept informed every step of the way.
Better communication about the closing time frame
Absolutely no response to any questions. All communications were one way. Inquiry sent to me by email, I reply with a question, no response. I follow up, no response. The only time I got a call was a couple days before closing. I also sent an important question to the originating loan officer and receive no response from him either. I am aware the coronavirus has made business difficult, but if you can afford to send an email, you can afford to answer one.

The overall process was easy to follow and pennymac was very active in their communication.
