Ease of doing business - online documents, no paystubs (your system pulled my employer's compensation records which made things easy), and in-home closing document signing.
When we received an email saying we could email back, we never heard back. Appointment for notary wasn't scheduled until last minute even though we replied with an email. We needed an additional $400 to close which when we started we were told we wouldn't need any more money. It looks like the money was in our loan amount anyways so why did we pay out of pocket? A direct phone number or email would be the best way of contact and communication.
I was told several different numbers 2 days before closing. I also requested the documents that showed all the numbers since my refund numbers changed several times. I also did not receive any of the closing documents during closing.
Online process was easy.

Process was pretty straight forward and easy. I recommend any applicant to complete tasks quickly to ensure a smooth process since there are is a lot of work needed between submitting required documentation.
I received very professional help from Ms Lopez. She has Comforting Customer Service Skills throughout the Loan Process, so for that I am Thankful for her assistance.
Every step of the process was smooth. All of my questions were answered, document portal was easy to use, PennyMac staff members were knowledgable and friendly. I would recommend PennyMac to anyone!
