Easy Peazy lemon squeezy
Great experience , things went smoothly and quickly. No long drawn out waiting like past experiences
It took a long time to obtain some documents that showed I had paid off a previous heloc. I got it done, while at work, in 30 minutes. Our closing was postponed twice due to people not doing their jobs correctly. No communication about it and I left work early for them. I emailed and left messages several times for the manager. She DID NOT RESPOND!! TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE! The third time, all processes were completed properly by Jason and Joe, who did great
Pennymac is a great bank to work with,although I had some issues.. it's a tough time right now, so most of the issues were understandable considering the circumstances..!
I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly I was able to get a hold of “a live person” over the phone when I had questions.
There were a couple docs that got requested again even though I had sent them already to the initial loan officer I spoke with, but it was no big deal and easy to just resend them. Tracy was amazing! Responded to our inquiries quickly, & explained every step throughly and made it all easy to understand. She got us closed really quickly too, in half the time of what USAA had proposed. Tracy is the main reason we stayed with PennyMac instead of refinancing w a different bank. Give her a raise!
Everyone I talk to was awesome, they were thorough and very friendly, answered all my questions . They were very quick in getting everything done, I was pleasantly surprised how fast it went. I would totally recommend Penny Mac to everyone that wants a great experience with great people who will take care of you and do it in a timely fashion. Thank you for everything.
I did finally get through to Icenia. She is very busy. I know that she worked very hard to get everything accurate and our lawyer to our home for the closing.
Very efficient, polite, and helpful with my questions.
