PennyMac fought to keep me as a customer and did.
I was disappointed that my funding was shorted at closing which caused closing to be delayed over the weekend. Questions weren’t answered right away.

Easy and super fast refinancing. Took about 21 days from application to closing. Outstanding!
You held our initial loan for two years. It took weeks to get the ball rolling and then two months to close on our refi. I just don’t think it should have taken this long.
