I was amazed at how fast the process went from start to finish. From my first phone call to close was much less than I was expecting. The expected "pain" of "I need this document....." was minimal. George did an Outstanding Job. Very Impressed with Loan Officer, Administration and Notary. Thank You All for your help ! I would recommend PennyMac to my friends and family.
Our FHA streamline refinance was very easy and fairly seemless, even during a pandemic! We received updates periodically to let us know where it was in process, which was nice.
Covid 19 made the refi process extremely difficult and communication was Haphazard. Mona was diligent in responding, I must state. Closing docs were erroneous “twice” and I was the one telling the Staff what the numbers “should” be. In the end, we got it done and funded. I’m thankful for that. This is my second loan with PennyMac. Thank you. EU
