Very nice interaction with Penny Mac and Brian Mitchell
This was the second time refinancing with PennyMac and each time it was a smooth transition. There is no hidden cost and PennyMac met the closing date. Would recommend them for any new home owner or a person looking to refinance.
It was a easy And the people were nice. The only thing that needs to be fixed is the collection side and the loan side need to know what each other is doing. A customer should not be getting a phone call from collections when he was advised by the loan department not to make a payment. Other then that we enjoyed the easy of refinancing our house.
The process was very simple from start to finish. Everything was done online and I didn't have to resubmit any documents from my original loan. Communication from the team was great. Thanks.
