Everyone I had contact with over this process was very professional and kind. They were eager to answer my questions and made the experience very smooth.
I sent many emails that went unanswered. For instance, I asked if closing could be moved up and never received an answer. I would send an email to someone and that person would not respond. They would send me an email but it was not a response and clearly unrelated to my question. The only way I got answers to my questions was if I called which required me to be on holdx I was told different things by different people about what documents would be required. I’d say more but character limit met.
I don't go around recommending anything to anyone, so don't hold it against Sara. Sara does need to work on her personality some, open up, smile over the phone and totally enjoy your work, when a customer makes small talk, make small talk, mirror the customer if they like small talk, do it, if they are all business then be all business. I am not sure why this survey is on Sara though, there are at least two other people I worked with during this process. One bonehead addressed me as Hammer.
Poor communication and false information.
The day before closing I had asked if rates had gone below 2.75% and was told no. Now, maybe that was correct but the same day of closing I got a letter advertising a 2.25 rate. I wish I had known I only had 3 days to cancel this refi and I am pretty upset about it.
