There was mid communication from my loan service person. She stopped our loan process even though I communicated with her to not do so. Had to have Danial Aroush step in and reinstate the loan.
My'Esha was extremely Nice and helpful throughout the entire loan process. Her weekly calls were informative and even through the pandemic she kept me updated on the status of my loan. Very please with the refinance process through Pennymac.

Quicker and easier than expected
Timely, accurate, and very friendly.
Duplicate document request was from two different agents. Issue resolved quickly with phone call and probably due to work-at-home communication issues.
During the refi process, I was not informed that it would be best to discontinue auto-payments to my previous loan so final payoff would be accurate for my new loan. A monthly payment on my old loan went through a few days before final closing of my new loan causing the balance of my refi to be inaccurate. I had to call and have it fixed and still have yet to confirm this has been corrected. If I hadn't caught this I feel Penny Mac would let the mistake go and taken the extra $$ as profit.
