My closing documents were wrong 3 times. The closing process was not clearly explained to me. I had to be on the phone sometimes with PennyMac 2-3 times per day leading up to my closing to make sure everything was actually accurate. My loan officers wouldn’t return my calls when they said that they would.

Initial phone contact to start our refi was lengthy but it went as quickly as it could & the service and communication was awesome. Jump ahead to actually being in the process-there was some back and forth for some documents from our insurance company and information didn’t seem to be making it to my loan processor when I kept calling to speak with her but eventually we got it all squared away. Communication wasn’t 100% but overall I’m happy with the services provided by PennyMac

The refi was very quick and easy. I felt the origination and points charges were extremely high for a refi from a company I was already using. I’m Happy with the rate I received though
Everything went well and I understand why there were issues with the closing due to the pandemic and multiple people being involved and mixing up a few key terms with the dual signing with the title company but things were fixed and penny Mac did a wonderful job overall. My direct rep was always very punctual and timely with her replies and timely responses!
I don't believe in awarding great. My experience met my expectations and Nathan Hoffman was excellent.
