Such a great and smooth experience. Would do it again in a second.
My loan officer did not communicate effectively at all. He gave me wrong information about the rate, then tried to charge more than 3000 for locking the rate without my approval. I called him several times and only once towards the end he returned my call, but never called back. Closing process was very confusing and rather chaotic. Faiza did a decent job trying to get me answers from her superiors.

Under the circumstances the loan officer(Darrin) and his assistant (Brian) did a wonderful job keeping posted by week with my refinancing of my home. They both went the extra mile to get it closed in a timely manner. Very pleased with their customer service skills.
