During quarantine time when Penny Mac employees are working from home, they still answered my questions as quickly as they could.
They saved us money on our monthly payments and overall cost of our house. They reached out to us and made the whole process extremely easy and stress free.
I highly recommend PENNYMAC. I was already happy with PENNYMAC in dealing with my original loan. The refinancing my loan with PENNYMAC was a great experience. The speed in which the load was put together and processed very quickly. Working with Nicholas Batten and Jessie Corral was a great experience.
