Everything has been taking care of and fast enough to process than what I expected. Thankfully for even this pandemic situation we've been able to do this and thanks for your help.
The bumps in this process was due to the transition of to the telecommunication process, due to covid19. No one is to blame for this, it was just the way the it was, working out the kinks in the system. In the end it all happened and on time. Thanks to Dennis Wang, Diana Rogel and Martha Musuda
Direct access to our loan specialist, accurate documents at closing, ability to answer difficult questions with an accurate answer in a more timely manner, and more transparency regarding final cash to close numbers would all have helped make the process smoother.
I chose PennyMac for my refi in part because they have held my current loan for a few years. During that time I encountered no problems with them, and found their website and phone app easy to navigate for questions and information. The refi has been a breeze, with one exception: I expected to receive my funds when the loan was funded. No funds were received by my bank that day. Hopefully it will be the next business day.
Clear communication and clear phone calls. I had to make all the calls to your company and the calls eventually escalated to a manager who NEVER returned my calls. I had to give at least 1 star to move thru your survey but really it deserved NO stars. I will NEVER refinance with this company again. The poorest customer service I have ever received from a company. You all should be ashamed of this service.
The refinance process was made painless for me.
Very slow process. Hard to get ahold of people. I would get a different person every time I called and they wouldn’t know my loan history. I did not get calls back in a timely manner. When I was on a call it seemed like the loan officer was in a rush to get off the line. There were errors in the documents a few times and I repeatedly provided my closing attorney information which was ignored and another closing attorney and title company assigned.
Billy and Raveena are great to work with. Everything was explained in detail. The closing went great! I love working with Penny Mac. Thank you!
