Working with Antonio Torres was great. He explained all the steps, helped us understand the whole process, and always prompt in returning any calls or emails we sent him. The whole process with the Penny Mac team was great!
Long gaps if time to get answers to questions. Although we did close successfully, it took a month longer than necessary. We do understand that delays were common due to covid-19 and the high volume of refinance closings.

If the rate and closing costs were lower for a 100% Disabled Veteran then this refinance would be great but the loan officer charged us too much, I requested a 5K total costs for this refinance but she charged more than the requested amount so we’re not happy.
Very polite. Answered all my questions in a timely manner. Made the process of buying my home very easy.
