By far the easiest and most trouble free mortgage process I have ever been through. It was a 10 out of 10. No surprises. No delays. No excuses. Everything was right the first time. Plus the “icing on the cake” was an incredibly low rate.....lower than anticipated. The notary who did my closing said it was the lowest he had seen and he does this full time. I give PennyMac my highest recommendation.

Everyone was professional and knowledgeable about this refinance cash out equity process. I really didn' know anything about it so they explained everything to me (from cradle-to-grave) and I was able to make the right decision. The process was quick and timely.
