Ben would of ask questions instead of the customer driving the process. Ben was interrated when we would ask question. It took a whole week between Ben handing off to Mrs. Blen before the next process started. We had to figure out with support that there were two different websites being used for the gather of documents. Mrs Blen or Ben could not figure this out. Because of there zero help, it delayed the process. Bottom line lucky we have a working education of house loans and have.

Still have some questions on the closing cost. Was told estimated payments at $480 but came in at $521$521 also on the web site for Penny Nac said that you receive a )1,150?credit against all closing cost on refinance but not reflected in cist
