The only thing wrong was that my first name was misspelled on several of the closing documents. Otherwise it was an excellent experience.
The thorough communication and the fact that things were completely electronic was great and a real time saver.

Getting the closing date scheduled was difficult, and it took three times of scheduling to have it done. I completely understand that the current covid conditions complicate matters but it was not communicated well when I needed to reschedule in order to get my closing done. Other than that everyone was wonderful and very friendly.

With COVID-19 and historical low interest rates, I was really surprised how fast I was able to close the loan. There were a few hiccups along the way, some of my own doing.
