Complete lack of communication and incorrect closing documents including fees added at the last minute which were inaccurate...we we charged for an appraisal which never took place. We ask for the fee to be removed and it was but should have never been added in the first place. We did not require an escrow account and yet our closing documents still had "Yes" checked for escrow. Each time we requested to speak with Penny Mac it took several calls and days for them to be returned.
Brittany and Aubray did more than expected. They helped me in every way possible, especially during this pandemic. Thank you.
Easiest mortgage process I've ever experienced!
