Better Communication, I brought more money to closing than I needed because of lack of communication.
Pennymac took a long time to close, and the rate went down, yet getting the lower rate was not an option like other lenders such as Loan Depot and Common Wealth. I chose PennyMac because you are my current lender and I have no problems and want yo build a good long term relationship if possible. At the end the refinance was completed in approximately 2 months.
Each PennyMac representative we spoke to was friendly and informative. It did take a little longer to close than we had been told - but I am sure that is due to closures and working from home due to COVID-19. Despite that, it was a great experience working with PennyMac! Everything ran smoothly and professionally. Thank you!!
Please answer questions, before you simply pass the client on to someone else. That happened almost every time and I was an easy client. Let you do your thing on your own time, expecting to be given some time to discuss when it was needed. But the debts to pay off were never clearly discussed until we were ready to sign the closing disclosure, at which time it felt that we would have to restart or regress in the process. The debt was refinanced, but final goal was only partially achieved.

The whole refinancing process was a little confusing for me, but from day 1 Glenn and everyone else explain everything and walked me trough every step making it a smooth process. The level of comunication was great even everything was done remotly. All this help get my loan processed on a time. Thank you all for your wonderful help.
