Process was quick and painless once it was clear what my intentions were.
So simple, a caveman could do it!
The loan process took much longer than i was told. when there were issues with documentation i was not notified. I also had to constantly had to call in and talk to multiple managers to get stuff resolved and to find out whats going on. This has been possibly worst experience ever.
PennyMac is very straight foward and honest.
Great communication. Friendly folks every conversation I had. I'll recommend.

Tony and Michael were both wonderful to work with! They kept me well informed thru the whole process and followed my loan all the way thru to make sure that I closed in less then 30 days!
We had no issues and everyone we dealt with was polite, conscientious and efficient. thank you
