I appreciated the ease of the process and the low hassle factor.
Being honest and forthright when paperwork started holding us back; I would have rather been told "sorry but it's not ready and this is going to hold us up" rather than getting the run around, playing the blame game and lying about when documents would be produced in order to close. I was also threatened with the recorded line when I was stating these issues and I did nothing to warrant that kind of snide remark. Dominic was great- everyone else was hard to get ahold of or unhelpful.
Communication from your closing specialists. We did not receive responses to email or voice mail. We received multiple requests for the same documents. We were threatened that our loan would be cancelled if we did not respond by the requested date, which we responded to immediately the first time by phone and email. The loan specialist who established our loan was fantastic, from that point going forward, one of the worst customer service experiences.
Everything was communicated well and the closing was seamless.
It was a pleasure working with PennyMac. Everything was on point and closing was earlier than expected, which was a pleasant surprise!!! Thank you PennyMac!
Great customer service speaking with each representative in reference to the loan was explained in details and patient with questions and concerns answer all phone calls I was close as promised
