It didn’t matter who we talk to, our answers to our questions were answered, everything was clear so that we could understand it. Everything was fine. Most of the people were very pleasant to talk to (most of them). Everything went pretty smooth. One complaint. Due to this COVID-19 mess, I do believe I should have had the option, or at least been ask, about the possibility of starting the first payment later (1 or 2 months).
