Penny mac team is ok, but tough to talk to same person. Call backs did not happen and figures changed from one person to the next. Even though we had Penny mac before, still lots of paperwork on my part. WHY CAN I NOT GET RID OF PMI WITH PENNY MAC? The reviews indicate the results are pretty consistent. Unfortunately. I realize Covid made it more difficult, but still....
