I think the process to refinance with a current customer with no cash out should be streamlined. I thought the process would be faster given that my mortgage was being serviced by PennyMac and The terms of the loan were the same. At least I accomplished my goal, to lower my payment and get a lower rate.

People were kind and friendly and looking out for the best Interest of the Client. The only thing I would ask is that during the process, when there is a another chance to lower the interest rate, that the person works with us on getting it done. I realize it was a very busy time for everyone, but the client is always looking for best numbers possible to get. Thanks
