Overall, each and every person we spoke to on the Mac Team were courteous, and helpful with all our questions. The online application was a first for us, and we found it really easy to follow. The only complaint was the repeated request for information that had already been sent. It would be very helpful to future applicants if all documents needed were requested at the beginning of the process. Our sincere thanks to Hermes and the entire Mac Team.

The only reason I stayed an finished my loan was Becca of Carmelita she was good to work with an answered questions. Before Carmelita was assigned to my loan this was the biggest shit show I’ve been apart of Once I finished my application I did not hear from the original loan agent again. Not even an email back. He dumped everything onto his assistants lap which the communication was a little better but not much. There were a couple times I had to call an figure things out on my own
