Richard was very helpful and friendly. He communicated with me every step of the way. There were some hitches with the closing, but I don’t think it was Richard’s fault. When there were hitches, he worked to straighten them out as quickly as possible.

I think the process to refinance with a current customer with no cash out should be streamlined. I thought the process would be faster given that my mortgage was being serviced by PennyMac and The terms of the loan were the same. At least I accomplished my goal, to lower my payment and get a lower rate.
