The experience was great and the process was seamless. Communications were very clear and thorough to include quick response turnaround.
Everything was great! This was impressive, especially considering the current pandemic situation. We are very happy with all of our interaction with PennyMac staff and subcontractors.
The process of refinancing was stress less and very timely.
I did not know how much money I needed to wire until Friday night at 7:00 when closing was On Monday at 12:00. The bank didn’t open until 9:00 so it was a bit of a crunch. Also, the title company did not receive the final closing documents until 11:00. My realtor and the sellers realtor waited until 1:30for their money to be wired over. They left because it never came... very unprofessional. Elodia did an amazing job helping out in the beginning, but Anna Eng was hard to get in touch with.
