Everything was communicated clearly. I was kept in constant contact with updates weekly or more frequently which I really appreciated. Service was friendly and warm. The only expectation that wasn't met was trying to close by the end of March. But that was mainly due to the COVID 19 situation. Other than that, the whole process was very smooth. Sharon and her Team provided feedback throughout the entire process and my Wife and I wanted to thank them for a great job. Thank you all.

I requested from the very beginning not to deal with Marcus as Marcus would not listen to me and call me when I said I would be available to talk on the phone would not return messages or emails and when he did contact me all he did was repeat the information that I already had found out from Brian. I made it very clear with the others I spoke with that I did not want to deal with Marcus at all
