With all of the mortgage companies vying for business I knew (when I decided to refi) that I wanted to keep my business with PennyMac because their service has been impeccable. And, they didn't dsappoint with the refi process. I was not kept apprised of the process as much as I would have liked. It's like I was put on a "follow up" calendar call, but when the call, incomplete and slightly inaccurate information was provided. The loan process was too long (granted COVID-19 may have contributed), the numbers for the certified check were not the numbers that the Title company provided, they listed my husband on more documents than I expected.
