Daniel Kirby was my original contact for refinancing and was awesome! He was patient and informative & answered all my questions and explained things clearly to me. I did call Penny Mac to have my "cash to borrower" money put into the principle of the loan instead of sending me a check and they STILL SENT ME A CHECK and the notary that came to closing at my house did not know anything about it. Overall, the process was smooth and quick and I stuck with PennyMac.
First of all we were deceived. We were told monthly payment was gonna be 2,124.92 and it’s not it’s 2,317.29 the lower amount will be in 7 years!!!The Notary y’all sent to complete the closing took a picture of my DL and my Social Security card on his PERSONAL PHONE! That is so not acceptable!!! When I told him he said I could complain to the company he worked for! The company BNT of Texas is working for for y’all. This has caused me to be so stressed, Loss if sleep among other things!
They The documents were started January 31,2020. They said I already approved the loan but They still keep asking me about. Are you the owner of Phaimomno LLC business account? where is the large money deposit and from who? Even though sent all the documents they requested on February 26,2020, seem like they didn’t believe me. So they were taking too long.In the beginning Jason told me “ the closing date will be the end of March. Because we couldn’t sign for closing on the end of March.
Everything was explained clearly.
Great experience with everyone involved in refinancing the loan. All were dedicated, friendly, professional, and helpful. Will definitely recommend to people.
Easy quick and very little needed from me.
Being up dated every week of the progress of the loan, The help I got to get some documents I missed on e signing... and very helpful when I had questions..
