Everyone was very professional from start to finish. Answered my questions quickly and clearly. The only glitch was the error on the closing amount due at signing but it was resolved with no delays.

Phone number of originator agent missing one digit - communications impossible. Documents would show up and I would leave voice or email and not receive answers for days. Communication was very polite, but case worker seemed over worked and it was difficult to resolve situations that came up. I believe this is an systemic problem, not a problem with case worker assigned to me. She was very polite and helpful when I could make contact with her.

The process was smooth and I'm happy with the end result but on several occasions I emailed Jason asking a question and never received a follow up. The lack of communication is frustrating. If it's because things are crazy on your end right now in terms of volume, I understand that, but tell me "hey, got your message, I'll get back to you soon" instead of not responding at all.

They worked with us during the stay at home order. We had a front porch closing, and all went as well as it could have considering the circumstances. Good work!
