Everything was Ok except I was on hold for a long time when I called and it was tough getting a call back for a few days. The last few days was much easier to communicate. I don't believe it was the fault of of anyone accept you were really busy. Otherwise I would give it a 10 across the board.
As we have said previously, Julian is ON IT! Takes the call, clarifies the question and provides a specific answer. He did it again yesterday!
