questions were not answered had to ask too many times
The length of time for the process, the ease of the process and the knowledge and professionalism of all involved. Felt like I was the only customer.
Alot more communication would be nice, i specifically stated when this process first started that I would prefer communications be over the phone. Needless to say that was a hart request apparently
