Quick And easy heat communcTion
I had to repeat my goal of the refinance on different occasions several times toward the beginning. I think it falls on poor communication within PennyMac and lack of notes. The service was very professional despite that issue.
The process is simple and easy to go through. The savings were meaningful, and the team which helped me always went above and beyond to make my experience great... and it was!

The initial contact, Michael, was pleasant, kind, and competent. He actually gave me information that I had never heard before that helped me better understand closing costs. There was no pressure of any kind. I have refinanced several times over the years and this experience far exceeded any previous interactions. The loan officer was thorough and competent as well. Cheree clearly communicated and always responded quickly. The closing went faster than anticipated. It came just at the right time
