I had to reschedule the closing date from feb 24th to March 4, but it was not communicated with me(I had to call & find out on my own after waiting for the notary for over 2 hours on the original closing date of feb 24th) at which point I was given a phone # to call the republic title company only to find out that they had no record of scheduled closing date of feb 24.. miscommunication among the team was also an issue. Overall Ms. Fraser was very professional & courteous & very helpful.

Andrew lied on numerous occasions reg: closing dates; amount of money required at closing; skipping 2 months of payments when actually it was 1; he didn't indicate we had to close our 2nd mortgage that was being paid off with this refinance, we found out at our closing, with closing documents from the notary; a credit supplement was required on a Friday and I didn't know about it until the following Wednesday when I reached out to Andrew to check the status of our loan. Unethical/unprofessional
I have closed on many houses. Nancy did a very poor job with answering my questions and helping me with E-docs
The whole process was clearly explained to me and the wait time for settlement was very minimal. Originally it was discussed it would be mid April and we got it done March 5th. Very happy with the whole process. Thank you.
My loan documents were wrong multiple times. I was the only one to catch the mistake. Brian Mitchell tried his best to accommodate me and working to make sure the documents were correct however I did have an extremely unpleasant encounter with an employee named George that I was sent to when I called in. He was not helpful, condescending and would not give me a chance to explain what I was concerned about. My concerned ended up being a huge error calculating taxes twice over instead of once.

Service, and especially communication greatly exceeded my expectations
This was probably easiest loan experience that I have had. The entire process went very smooth. The PennyMac team was very clear in the expectations of the process and was in constant contact throughout via email and phone. Plus, the funding occurred sooner than I had expected considering the recent drop in interest rates.
